No. Coaching is not therapy or clinical counseling. While mental wellness, self awareness, and emotional support are part of the work, coaching focuses on guidance, goal setting, accountability, and lifestyle support. Coaching does not replace licensed mental health or medical care.

Coaching is for women who are ready to prioritize themselves, improve their wellness routines, gain clarity, and feel more confidentand energized in daily life. You don’t need to be “Perfect” just open and willing to grow.
